A new 100% digital event
GLOBAL INDUSTRIE invites its exhibitors and visitors to GLOBAL INDUSTRIE Connect, the first all-digital version of the show, from 30 June to 3 July 2020.
Organised by GL events, GLOBAL INDUSTRIE is the event where the industry of the future is imagined, invented, designed, built, revolutionised and transformed. The exhibition brings together four complementary trade fairs, all leaders in their sector, but each with its own specific characteristics:
- MIDEST: the international reference in the field of subcontracting expertise.
- SMART INDUSTRIES: the trade fair for smart, connected, collaborative and efficient factories.
- INDUSTRIE: the trade fair for production technologies and equipment.
- TOLEXPO: the international trade fair for sheet and coil metalworking, tubes and sections.
In order to ensure the health and safety of exhibitors and visitors, further to the French government's directive, GLOBAL INDUSTRIE will be organising a 100% virtual version of the show in 2020: GLOBAL INDUSTRIE Connect.
Sébastien Gillet, the Exhibition's Director, explains that: "With GLOBAL INDUSTRIE Connect, GLOBAL INDUSTRIE has reinvented itself to adapt to today's unprecedented situation, while maintaining the event's core DNA and its values of support, facilitation, networking and conviviality. We have remained true to our mission, which is to bring players from the entire industrial sector together in order to promote and support the whole value chain."
This connected event will last for four days and offer a comprehensive programme of business meetings, webinars, thematic conferences, plenary sessions, presentations by exhibitors, institutions and partners, and more.
A valuable experience in a lighter, virtual format
As with previous GLOBAL INDUSTRIE shows, all the exhibitors and visitors will prepare their involvement in this digital event beforehand in their personal space, accessible through the My GI application. Once the personal space has been activated, everything is centralised in the application to simplify the whole process: Exhibitor Guide, Company Information Sheets, Profile Sheet and My Visit, which allows you to register for the sessions you are interested in and make appointments with the people you want to meet.
This unprecedented digital version of the exhibition will enable visitors and exhibitors to bridge the gap until the next GLOBAL INDUSTRIE to be hosted at Eurexpo Lyon from 16 to 19 March 2021.
