From January 23 to 27, 2025, Sirha Lyon will hold its 22nd edition, bringing together global players in the restaurant, hospitality, and food industries. This flagship event, expected to welcome over 200,000 professional visitors and featuring 2,300 exhibitors, highlights innovation and excellence across 140,000 m² of exhibition space. Recognized as an international benchmark for gastronomy and major Food Service trends, Sirha Lyon is not to be missed.

More than just a trade show, Sirha Lyon is a global stage where expertise, creativity, and cultural exchange intersect. With 40 countries represented and 14 international pavilions, the event celebrates the world's culinary diversity. It showcases national specialties alongside technological and food innovations.
At the heart of the Sirha Innovations space, 630 new products will be unveiled, while the Sirha Innovation Awards will honor the boldest initiatives. This exploratory hub will also host 60 startups driving transformation in areas such as plant-based alternatives, digital solutions, and sustainable practices.

Sirha Lyon is also renowned for its iconic culinary competitions, such as the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (World Pastry Cup) and the Bocuse d’Or. In 2025, a spectacular new competition, the Show Chocolat, will showcase candidates' technical and artistic excellence.
