Since its creation, the GL events Group's entrepreneurial adventure has been founded on a culture of responsibility and respect for its ecosystem at every level in the company. With this in mind, General Management decided to launch a specific Sustainable Development initiative in 2009, taking a pioneering approach to social and environmental issues. Ethical management, whether through the deployment of an anti-corruption policy, respect for safety and security issues, or training, remains the cornerstone of the Group's CSR approach, represented by all the teams that are a part of it. The GL events Group is strengthening its strategy by integrating a Group Risk and CSR Director into its Executive Committee as of July 1st, 2022. She is in charge of accelerating the environmental and societal transition of the Group's activities, in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department. The Group’s ambitions are illustrated in the following CSR/ESG trajectory: "less carbon, less waste, more human."
