On the Docks in the heart of the Lyon Confluence district, La Sucrière is a former industrial building from the 1930's that was completely renovated in 2011. Steeped in history, this venue demonstrates that it is possible to preserve our industrial heritage while giving it a new vocation: "the culture and event".
The charm of the banks of the Saône and areas on the river banks that can be privatised. La Sucrière offers many possibilities thanks to an ideal volume giving free run to creativity.
Each year, the venue hosts some fifty events and, on the second floor of the building, organises artistic and cultural exhibitions of national and international renown throughout the year.
