On the occasion of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (EDEPD), GL events implemented a series of initiatives to raise awareness among its teams and highlight concrete actions promoting inclusion and diversity. SPACES FOR DIALOGUE AND LEARNING
Throughout the week, the Group's employees had the opportunity to participate in five thematic webinars addressing critical topics: Mental Health, Event Accessibility, Dys Disorders, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), and Cancer in the Workplace. These sessions, led by experts, provided an in-depth exploration of disability-related issues and helped enhance understanding of the daily challenges faced by colleagues or partners with disabilities.
In parallel, employees with disabilities shared their personal stories, discussing their professional journeys, the solutions implemented to support them, and the successes achieved as a result. These webinars also highlighted tangible actions undertaken by GL events in 2024 to promote inclusion and accessibility, demonstrating our commitment to continuously advancing these critical issues.

A highlight of the EDEPD, DuoDay brought together tandems of employees and individuals with disabilities. For one day, these duos collaborated, exchanged ideas, and shared fresh perspectives, reinforcing the notion that diversity is a strength.
