A temporary events venue

The Grand Palais Éphémère, a 10,000 m² temporary building designed by the architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte and built by GL events, will be set up on the Champ-de-Mars at the beginning of 2021 until the end of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Intended to host the art, fashion and sports events usually organised in the Nave during the renovation of the Grand Palais, it will also host cultural events initiated by the Réunion des musées nationaux - Grand Palais.
