Inventing the industry of tomorrow
This international exhibition will be held at Eurexpo Lyon, from 5 to 8 March 2019. Organised by GL events, the exhibition is supported by French public authorities and institutions, notably the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Region.

GLOBAL INDUSTRIE brings together four complementary trade fairs, all leaders in their sector, but each with its own specific characteristics:
- MIDEST: the international reference in the field of subcontracting expertise.
- SMART INDUSTRIES: the trade fair for smart, connected, collaborative and efficient factories.
- INDUSTRIE: the trade fair for production technologies and equipment.
- TOLEXPO: the international trade fair for sheet and coil metalworking, tubes and sections.
As such, visitors and exhibitors from every industrial area are sure to find just the product, equipment, expertise or solution they are looking for to improve their processes, from design and production to services.

The aim of GLOBAL INDUSTRIE is to:
- organise a series of conferences to help industrial companies understand the changes that are under way in the sector,
- demonstrate the value and impact of these changes in the Connected Factory, a complete manufacturing line covering 1,100m² installed at the exhibition,
- promote innovation with the presentation of awards in 7 categories representing the diverse areas of industry,
- train and inform existing and future employees about the challenges of Industry in the Future thanks to the onsite Campus and the Smart Generation competition.
As the largest industrial exhibition in France, covering the whole ecosystem, the entire value chain and every sector, the first Global Industrie held in 2018 was a great success, with a 96% approval rating from visitors!
