Through the inclusive job board #jenesuisPASunCV (“I’m NOT a CV”), GL events supports an initiative that encourages a new way of looking at talent.
THE GOAL? To recruit differently—by moving beyond the biases of traditional résumés and focusing instead on real skills, unconventional career paths, and human potential.
The #jenesuisPASunCV platform allows each candidate to create an anonymous skills-based profile. No photo, no name, no age, no academic background—just a focus on what the person can actually do and contribute. It’s an invitation to spark curiosity, to break away from conventional thinking, and to give a chance to candidates who might otherwise be overlooked based on their CV alone.

A first initiative was launched during the 7th edition of Global Industrie, a flagship event for the industrial sector organized by GL events. Job-dating sessions led by #jenesuisPASunCV created connections between companies in search of skills and candidates with diverse backgrounds—offering them a new way to showcase their know-how.
Global Industrie is committed to creating impactful events. These job-dating sessions addressed recruitment challenges by highlighting opportunities and promoting diversity and equal opportunity.
These encounters are just the beginning of a long-term commitment.
HOW DOES IT WORK? For three months, participating companies post their job openings to the entire #jenesuisPASunCV community. At the same time, registered talents receive daily job offers tailored to their skills.
