JUMP, the programme that guides work-study students through their working lives
GL events' Human Resources department has created a programme called "JUMP", dedicated to work-study students in the GL events Group. The main objective of this initiative is to support these young talents in their transition to working life by simplifying their integration into the Group. The programme includes a multitude of activities such as visits, meetings and exchanges designed to offer work-study students a complete and immersive experience.

First two days to discover the Group and its businesses
Last October, the GL events Group's work-study students had the unique opportunity to visit the set-up of the Salon du Chocolat for participants in Paris and Equita Lyon, the Salon du Cheval and its Longines Equita Lyon, Concours Hippique International for participants in Lyon. These visits gave them a close-up look at the various professions within the GL events Group, ranging from exhibition organisation to event hosting, including equipment (audiovisual, furniture, stands, signage, general installation, etc.).
The two days also included presentations of the Group, its history and the next stages of the programme, as well as meetings and discussions with directors and employees.
