The GL events group is strengthening its commitment to Africa by becoming the exclusive manager and operator of the Abidjan Exhibition Center through its subsidiary, Abidjan Events PEA. This strategic collaboration, formalized on January 15, 2025, marks a major milestone in supporting the economic and cultural development of Côte d’Ivoire.

A WORLD-CLASS VENUE FOR ALL EVENTS

Located in Port-Bouët, near Abidjan International Airport, the Exhibition Center spans 16 hectares and includes:
• 7,200 m² of exhibition space
• 8,700 m² dedicated to conventions
• A total capacity of 11,000 people
• An auditorium equipped with retractable seating and a 250 m² LED screen
Designed by architect Pierre Fakhoury and built by PFO Africa, this versatile venue will host international conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions, concerts, banquets, and much more.

A SHARED VISION FOR BUSINESS TOURISM

This management project aligns with the ambitious vision of the Ivorian government: to establish Côte d’Ivoire as a continental and international hub. In partnership with Ivoire Facility Management, a specialist in technical maintenance, GL events ensures the optimized and sustainable operation of the site.

With this project, GL events leverages its expertise to position Abidjan as a key business tourism destination in West Africa, supporting local businesses and the Ivorian event ecosystem.
